The Grippa' is your solution for long term gains to alleviate long term pains.
With 5-60kg (11-130lb) adjustable resistance, this is the only hand gripper you will ever need. When the Grippa' is cranked up, it's perfect for grip strength training. When it's set a bit lighter it is perfect for rehabilitation of forearm, elbow, wrist and hand injuries. The lighter settings can also be used for endurance training or even just to pump up your forearm muscles for some blood flow.
Perfect for preventing or rehabilitating inner elbow pain (golfers elbow, climbers elbow)
Grippas are also great for preventing or rehabilitating pain or difficulty closing hands and flexing wrists (flexor tendon/muscle injuries).

Eccentric exercises are recommended for rehabilitation of injuries such as tendonitis and carpal tunnel. If experiencing too much discomfort when trying to close your Grippa', use assistance from your other hand to close it and then let your hand open slowly without assistance. This is called an eccentric or negative exercise.
